The scanners offered by Pickware read QR codes in addition to classic barcodes. What matters is not the format of the code, but which information is encoded in it.
Requirement: Product number or EAN in the QR code
When scanning, the content of the QR code is matched against the product number or the EAN of your products. For a product to be recognized, exactly this character string must be encoded in the QR code — for example, the 13-digit EAN, as it is stored on the product. If the QR code contains other or additional content (e.g. a URL or combined details), the product cannot be matched.
