How do I pick single-item orders with the WMS App?

Shopify — With Single Item mode in multi-step picking in the WMS App, you can quickly pick multiple single-item orders at once.

With Single Item mode in multi-step picking in the WMS App, you can quickly pick multiple single-item orders at the same time, meaning orders that each contain only one product. It doesn't matter whether the orders contain an identical product or many different products.

Note: Single Item mode is part of multi-step picking. You can see which features are included in your plan in the feature overview.

Open the app in Picking mode and switch to multi-step picking using the picking cart icon at the top right.

Select the Single Item mode, select the relevant picking profile, optionally adjust the number of orders to retrieve, and then tap Retrieve orders.

All products from the retrieved orders are now displayed. Take them in the corresponding quantity from the bin location shown. If you want to take the products from a different bin location, scan it or select it manually using the corresponding button. You can capture the products as usual by scanning or, alternatively, manually using the Confirm 1 button. If you press and hold the button, you can confirm all units of a product at once.

In the next window, you can decide whether to start packing or continue the process later.

If you click Start packing, you can next select one of the collected products either manually or by scanning. After you make your selection, the delivery note is created automatically, and in the next step you create the shipping label.

You can now ship the order directly or, if needed, set it aside for later shipping using the menu at the top.

You then return to the overview, where you can see your progress and select the next product. Using the menu at the top right, you can set the process aside or cancel it entirely at any time.

Once all products have been processed, the process ends and you return to the order overview.
