Here we explain how you can make manual cash payments or withdrawals and where you can view them afterwards.

To make a manual cash payment or withdrawal, open the menu and select Ein- und Auszahlung (Cash In/Cash Out). Using the tabs at the top, you can first choose between a payment and a withdrawal. Now enter the amount and select a preset booking text, or use the Freitext (Free Text) option to enter your own custom comment. You can define which booking texts are preset in your Shop Admin under Einstellungen (Settings) → Erweiterungen (Extensions) → Pickware POS in the Cash Register area, in the Kommentare für Ein-/Auszahlung (Comments for Cash In/Cash Out) field. Below, you'll find the option to print a receipt, but you can also disable this.

All relevant information can also be viewed afterwards in the cash register report via the Admin, and is displayed separately from the register sales.
