Switching your shop domain for Pickware in Shopware 6 only takes a few steps. It's important that you set the APP_URL correctly and don't disconnect the connection in the plugin.
Here's how to switch the domain:
Change the shop domain in Shopware according to the official Shopware guide.
Inform our Support Team about the new domain. It's crucial that you tell us the new APP_URL from your .env.local file.
After Support confirms: Wait 15 minutes or open the Shopware Admin, navigate to Settings → Extensions → Pickware and click Sync Status there.
Important notes
When changing the domain, never click Disconnect in the Pickware settings!
Also don't manually set up the new domain via your Pickware account – everything goes through Support.
