How can I filter my goods receipts?

With our filter options, you can find specific goods receipts faster and keep track even when there are many entries. To do this, go to the Lagerhaltung -> Wareneingänge (Warehousing -> Goods Receipts) view in your Pickware Admin. By default, no filters are activated at first.

If you want to restore your default view, you can either remove individual filters via Reset above the respective field, or delete all filters at once via Reset All in the header row of the filter view.

You can see at any time how many filters are currently active via the filter icon.

In the Status and Warehouse columns, you can also activate the quick filter by clicking, to filter immediately by that value.

The reload button reloads the view based on the currently set filters – without a page reload. This way, for example, newly created goods receipts appear directly in the list.

By default, up to 50 goods receipts are displayed in the overview. However, if possible, you can navigate to the next page as usual – the filters remain active.

Example use cases:

  • Check goods receipts for a specific supplier order:
Do you want to check all goods receipts for a specific supplier order within a week? Then combine the Date Range and Origin filters.

  • Monitor receipts for a specific warehouse:
Combine Warehouse with Status = Completed to see which goods receipts in a specific warehouse have already been fully processed.

  • Perform a quality check with photos:
If you want to check whether your warehouse has, for example, reported damaged goods, select Only with Documents & Photos to see all goods receipts for which receipts or photos have been added.
