With our filter options, you can find specific goods receipts faster and keep track even when there are many entries. To do this, go to the Lagerhaltung -> Wareneingänge (Warehousing -> Goods Receipts) view in your Pickware Admin. By default, no filters are activated at first.
What filters are available?
The following filters are available to display goods receipts the way you want:
With the Status filter, you can filter by the processing status of your goods receipt. You can also select multiple values here.
With the Warehouse filter, you can filter by the warehouse in which your goods were received. Multiple selection is possible here as well.
With the Origin filter, you can choose whether to display supplier orders or receipts from free goods receipt.
With the Creation Date filter, you can filter by the time period in which the goods receipt was created. You can use our predefined time periods or manually set your own.
With the Product filter, you can filter by your different products. Multiple selection is possible here as well.
At the very bottom, you can click to set whether you want to only consider goods receipts with documents & photos and/or only goods receipts with comments. |
If you want to restore your default view, you can either remove individual filters via Reset above the respective field, or delete all filters at once via Reset All in the header row of the filter view.
You can see at any time how many filters are currently active via the filter icon.
In the Status and Warehouse columns, you can also activate the quick filter by clicking, to filter immediately by that value.
The reload button reloads the view based on the currently set filters – without a page reload. This way, for example, newly created goods receipts appear directly in the list.
By default, up to 50 goods receipts are displayed in the overview. However, if possible, you can navigate to the next page as usual – the filters remain active.
Example use cases:
