The following settings concern general settings of your online shop. If you need help with this, please contact the agency that manages your shop.

Pickware uses the templates stored in your shop when generating invoices and other documents. You can find the corresponding settings under Settings → Grundeinstellungen (Basic settings) → Shopeinstellungen (Shop settings) → PDF-Belegerstellung (PDF document generation).

In Shopware, the document Stornorechnung (cancellation invoice) (document ID 4) is assigned the number range doc_3. However, a number range with this name does not exist in Shopware by default. Therefore, it is automatically created with a starting value of 30000 during the installation of the Pickware plugin, provided it doesn't already exist. All number ranges, including those created by Pickware, can be adjusted under Settings → Grundeinstellungen (Basic settings) → Shopeinstellungen (Shop settings) → Nummernkreise (Number ranges).
