For stocktaking using Pickware WMS, the stocktaking mode in the WMS App is available to you. To use it, open the Stocktaking tab and select the warehouse in which you want to carry out the stocktaking at the top. You can either scan the barcode of a product or a storage bin, or enter a term into the search field. Using the icon to the right of it, you can also display all products for which no stocktaking has been carried out for a certain period of time. Once you've selected or scanned a product, enter the counted stock quantity and tap Save stock.
In the plugin configuration of Pickware ERP you can also specify whether the expected stock level should be displayed during stock recording.
Just like with the stocktaking via the backend, after performing stocktaking with WMS you'll also find the recorded stock levels under Products → Warehouse → Stocktaking export in the Counted tab, sorted by warehouse.
In the Uncounted tab, you'll find all products per storage bin that you may not have yet recorded during mobile stocktaking. Here, you can manually enter stock levels by double-clicking on the corresponding row, or use the corresponding button to set all counted stock levels to 0. At the end, you can use the Export (CSV) button to download all data as a .CSV file.
You can find more detailed explanations about the Stocktaking export window in the backend in this article or also in this video tutorial:
