Multi-channel selling on multiple marketplaces

Using magnalister, you can offer your products on other platforms such as Amazon and eBay without having to worry about synchronizing stock levels or importing orders. You don't have to enter the products manually on all platforms; instead, you can let magnalister do this for you. To do this, you can select the relevant products under Product Matching and have them matched. If you enter the products manually, you must specify a product number. This must match the product number of the Shopware product so that the products are assigned correctly and can be shipped with Pickware.

In order for the orders to then also be processed with Pickware ERP, the order status Open and the payment status Completely paid must also be selected for the order import in magnalister.

For shipments via Amazon, only one global shipping method can currently be selected, since Amazon does not provide any further data about the shipment. To distinguish here between domestic, EU domestic, and international EU orders for shipping with Pickware, it is possible to manually adjust the shipping service provider's product depending on the delivery address. Furthermore, from Shopware 5.2.4 onwards, the shipping method can also be adjusted retroactively for each order.

For orders via eBay, previously unused shipping methods are always automatically created in your shop when using the automatic assignment configuration. To assign these to a service provider and a product in the future, edit the shipping method and simply select a product for it in the tab of the corresponding service provider. The assignment will then be made automatically going forward.
