What is where?
Via the app menu in the top left, you can view all print jobs, adjust the configuration of the app, contact support, upload device logs, and log out.
At the top center, you can see the currently selected warehouse and switch between warehouses there. During picking, stock is always deducted from the selected warehouse.
Using the search bar, you can search for and open orders by name or order number.
At the bottom of the screen, you can see the various tabs Open, Deferred, In Progress, and Ready to Ship. The tab you are currently in is highlighted in blue.
What functions do the individual tabs have?
Tab Open
In the Open tab, you see a list of orders from your shop. Select one of the displayed orders, use the search function, or select Pick next order to start the picking process.
Tab Deferred
In this tab, you find all orders that were deferred during picking. You can retrieve these orders either via the tab or by scanning the barcode on the "Deferred Order" document.
Tab In Progress
In the In Progress tab, you see all orders that are already being processed by another scanner. This ensures that two people don't accidentally work on the same order.
Tab Ready to Ship
In the Ready to Ship tab, you see all orders that have been fully prepared for shipping. If the shipping label has already been created, you can recognize this by the envelope icon to the right of the order. Here, you have the option to create a new shipping label or (re)print the invoice/delivery note.
