To import/export stock levels, suppliers, and product-supplier assignments, you need the free Import/Export Plugin from Shopware. Once this is installed, the corresponding profiles will be displayed under Content → Import/Export → Profiles. Click the magnifying glass icon here to display the structure of the import/export files. You can also find all the information on import and export in the official Shopware documentation here.

Note: Please note that import/export of stock levels based on the inStock value is no longer supported and can lead to inconsistencies in your stock levels! From now on, please use only the new profiles for such imports/exports.
